Background
POLARIS is billed as Germany's most creative pop-culture festival, organised by Hamburg Messe und Congress together with Super Crowd Entertainment. In 2025 the three-day fair drew around 50,000 visitors, more than 400 exhibitors and over 1,000 creators — Saturday sold out completely.
Across five themed zones on five stages, the 2025 programme ranged from gaming tournaments and cosplay contests to live cooking and K-pop performances. More than 50 playable game titles were on offer, and the official event app reached 37,000 downloads. The 2026 edition returns to Hamburg from 9 to 11 October.
