Silent Hill: Townfall is the series' first entry told from a first-person perspective. It's developed by Konami together with Screen Burn Interactive, with Motoi Okamoto as series producer. It's set to launch on September 24, 2026.
On PS5 the game relies on finely tuned 3D audio, DualSense haptics and adaptive triggers for every weapon, plus ray tracing for lighting between the foggy town and the red Otherworld. Instead of a radio, you use a detection device called the CRTV to track monsters and clues.
